Terms and Conditions

Regrow warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in the product and its covered components.

The warranty is valid only when the product has been purchased from an authorized Regrow dealer or through an official Regrow sales channel. Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Breakage of glass, knobs, fittings, or other fragile components caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty. Customers are advised to handle such components with appropriate care.

To maintain warranty validity, the product must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions and safety guidelines provided in the user manual. Warranty coverage may become void in cases of negligence, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective covered parts only. Regrow reserves the right to repair the product or replace the defective component, where appropriate. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be selected at Regrow's discretion. Any parts replaced under warranty may become the property of Regrow.

Any repair, modification, or servicing performed by an unauthorized person or service provider may void the warranty.

The standard warranty period for covered parts and service is one year from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated for the product.

Regrow reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacement parts, service visits, or other services that fall outside the scope of the warranty.
